Our Georgian Revival home was constructed in 1898 for the Mayor of Oswego, John Higgins, and his wife Virginia Kingsford. Located in the heart of Oswego’s Kingsford Historic district, we are in walking distance to several restaurants, shops, beautiful parks, and most of what the city has to offer. The shore of Lake Ontario is just 6 blocks away.
Our home is spacious, comfortable, and has some beautiful architectural features. The gardens in the back yard offer plenty of space to stroll.
Though we have a great fondness for animals, we cannot accommodate them on the property due to allergies within the family. We live in the house and have fewer than 5 rooms available for rent.
